Tracy Aviary

After Jaxon's first week of school, we decided to take a little field trip to the Tracy Aviary. We love Liberty park and all it has to offer. We started our day off by eating breakfast at the cafe in the middle of the park. I would highly recommend eating there the food is so yummy. After breakfast we were off to the Aviary. Jaxon has been looking forward to this for quite sometime, but I think he was a little disappointed when we got there and all the animals were birds. He kept asking where the elephants were! We did see some pretty cool birds though.

Jaxon's first week of school went relatively well, all tears considered. His second week started out a little rocky when he woke up on Monday and told me he was too sick to go to school. The funny thing was is that he was not even sick, he just really didn't want to go. I almost caved and let him stay home until I called my Mom and she said, "Oh no you NEED to send him to school". He was pouting the entire way to school and kept telling me it was closed. Once I dropped him off he was fine, but burst into tears once he saw my mom and dad who picked him up. Well see how tomorrow goes.....
