Time flys when your having fun!!!

I am the first to admit that I’m horrible at updating my blog. I have great intentions and then before I know it it’s been a month or longer. I’m going to try and be better, but no promises. The good thing is that my lack of blogging isn’t because we haven’t been doing anything. We have actually been quite busy and we have exciting news…………Jaxon is going to be a “Big” brother this April!!! We are very excited, but we haven’t quite told him yet. I’m not ready for the hundreds of questions that he will have so we will probably hold off sharing the good news with him for a while longer. Who knows maybe we will just bring the baby home and say SURPRISE!! Just kidding.

I think I will just sum up what we have been up to and then add a slide show.

Jaxon has finally warmed up to the idea of school. It was a bit of a rough start, but he now loves it!! I was worried that he was going to cry the entire year.


Last month we went on a number of different adventures. We went to the Zoo to see the new baby animals, namely the baby elephant Zuri. She was so cute and Jaxon loved her. He took her picture to school for show and tell. We also went to the Greek Festival with Grandma Dora, but we didn’t last that long there. The food line was ridiculous, so we let Jaxon ride a few rides and then we headed out for pizza. The following weekend we went to the good old State Fair with Nana and Uncle Matt, who was visiting us from NY. We had free tickets, but we still ended up spending around $60 on food (fried food to be exact) and rides. There’s nothing quite like the fair! I am ashamed to admit that I paid $1 so see (exploit) the “smallest woman in the world”. Jaxon has also been doing a lot of golfing with his Papa. I think he might be the next Tiger Woods. Finally this past weekend we took a little vacation to Deer Valley. Jaxon had so much fun staying the hotel and swimming in the hot tub. So needless to say we have been super busy and I don’t see it slowing down with the holidays coming up!
I have been to the doctor a couple of times and everything looks good. We should be finding out what it is in a few weeks….
