2 weeks old!

I'm going to make this a quick post while the boys are napping.

Jeter is 2 weeks old today! We had his 2 week appointment and here are his stats:

- He weighed 8 lb 13 oz.

- He measured at 21 1/2 inches.

No wonder he sleeps all day, he has grown an inch and a half in 2 weeks! He is such a sweet baby. He only cries when your changing him and he gets cold. He eats 4 oz every 4 hours! I have been so lucky to have two easy, healthy babies.

Jeter is his big brother's #1 fan and has been to all of his tee ball games. He went to his 1st restaurants last week and he has been to the park a couple of times.

Jaxon is the best big brother. He is so sweet and gentle with Jeter. Jeter is so lucky to have such a great big brother. Jaxon started tee ball and is kicking butt. He is the youngest on the team and by far the best on the team (I'm not just saying that because he's my kid!).

I will post some more when I get some time.....

Easter Fun

Jaxon and I dyed Easter eggs with my mom. We decided to make our own dye with food coloring. Jaxon loved had so much fun and he couldn't wait for the Easter bunny to come and hide the eggs.

Jaxon had a Easter party at school. All of the kids in his class are so dang cute. They dyed eggs had a Easter egg hunt and read about books about the Easter Bunny.

Jeter Daniel Soto

Jeter Daniel Soto made his appearance April 6, 2010. I was induced around noon and he was born at 5:03 pm. He was 8 pounds 1 ounce and 20 inches long. My labor was a little complicated because the 1st epidural didn't work right so they had to give me another one. The delivery was a piece of cake, 2 pushes and he was out! I still can't believe he is here yet I can't remember what it was like with out him. Jaxon is of course the BEST big brother, he loves helping me and kissing his brother. So far Jeter is a great baby, he only cries when he is hungry and only wakes up every 3 hours at night (knock on wood).
