Note to self....

Note to self....When you let your kid play in the junk drawer make sure it doesn't have a KNIFE in it. Long story short, the other night I was in kitchen baking (yes, I do bake every once in a while) and Jaxon wanted to play in the drawer that has all the spatulas in it. Not a big deal, right. Well, at one point I looked down and saw a knife on the floor and Jaxon was still rummaging through the drawer so I picked it up and put it on the counter. Jason came in a couple minutes later and picked up the knife and said that there was blood on it. I told him it wasn't blood it was probably just dirty (Jaxon is still playing in the drawer). Well a couple more minutes go by and Jaxon comes to me and shows me his hand that is bleeding!!!! I guess he ran his fingers over the blade and it sliced 3 of his fingers. Thank God it was more serious!!

I think he is telling me No. I hope when his permanent teeth come in they don't have that huge gap in them :)) I better start saving for the braces.
